Ardath (‘Blooming Meadow’) is a monumental 450-square-foot glass artwork, undertaken using technologies not seen before in the medium. Bathing the room in light and colour, the etched glass wall is made of 11 columns of glass, each divided into 8 panels. Ardath was made without the lead cames that traditionally support and join stained glass panels, and is composed of three layers of glass.
