In November 2025, HENI announced Nocturne in Blue, the first release in a series of forthcoming screenprints based on collage works that Clarke conceived and completed in the final months of his life.

Nocturne in Blue is based on a 2024 work on paper by Clarke, in which he turned to the intimate format of collage to capture the nature around him. Using his scissors to “draw from life”, Clarke translated elegantly arranged blooming buds onto paper. From a vibrant blue vase, expressive pink flowers and verdant green leaves emerge, the liveliness of their forms emphasised by the visible fluidity of the paint.
