Pendants is a series of seven autonomous stained glass panels created by Brian Clarke in 2023. Like the large-scale works of the Tributes series, the panels draw on motifs from the natural world and translate designs from Clarke’s Collages series from 2022–2023 into the medium of stained glass.

Each work is set within a metal frame that allows it to be displayed as a free-standing piece and is constructed using an innovative stained glass technique that dispenses with traditional lead cames, enabling the glass to be joined without conventional structural support.
