Brian Clarke’s World Without End is a stained glass folding screen, produced with a technique devoid of lead cames, allowing it to freely interact with its surroundings.

In the 2020 catalogue Brian Clarke: The Art of Light, Paul Greenhalgh describes World Without End as ‘made in dark blues and blue turquoise, a deep sea is inhabited by giant jellyfish. In this way, the screen literally presents glass as a liquid.’
