Images of Christ was a group exhibition that showcased modern works of painting and sculpture centred around Christian themes. The event was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of St Matthew's parish church in Northampton and to pay homage to Walter Hussey (1909-1985), who served as the parish vicar from 1937 to 1955. Beginning at the Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, the exhibition later travelling to St Paul's Cathedral in London.
