Flowers for Zaha is a stained glass folding screen composed by Brian Clarke in memory of his friend, the architect, Zaha Hadid. Large-scale floral and foliage motifs are freely arranged across a rich green background. A single black square interrupts the vibrant composition.

In the 2020 catalogue Brian Clarke: The Art of Light, Paul Greenhalgh writes:

"Sometimes, darkness becomes a place. In Flowers for Zaha, the exotic, elegant lightness of the screen is interrupted by the already-mentioned single black square in the centre-left. This is not simply an aesthetic ploy. It represents the shocking death of his dear friend Zaha Hadid who passed away in Miami and is, in many ways, a quiet gesture that acknowledges the impossibility of describing such loss, beyond the void. The red orchid against the black ground marks both the presence and absence of a loved one."

This folding screen was produced with an innovative technique that eliminates the lead cames traditionally used to support and join stained glass, allowing the glass to interact freely with light and space.
