Flowers for New York
Vitromusée, Château de Romont, Fribourg, Switzerland
Seven-part polyptych in stained glass, in the collection of the Swiss Museum of Stained Glass and Glass Arts/Vitromusée Romont. First exhibited at the Corning Museum's Steuben Gallery in Flowers for New York, 2002.
"In all seasons, the stained glass displayed in the Orangery of the Vitromusée dialogues with the courtyard of the castle of Romont. The clear parts of the work whose colours do not change are made of opaline glass, tinted white throughout, and colourless glass transmits the tones of the background."
